01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the wihbd platform and all related services, websites, and applications. "wihbd", "we", or "platform" refers to this website and its operators. "User", "you", or "player" refers to any person registered on this platform.

By creating an account on wihbd, accessing the platform, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using wihbd.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to players in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute with the platform, resolution through discussion is prioritized.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following conditions must be met to use wihbd services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must reside in an area where online gaming is not legally prohibited.
• You must play in your own name and with your own funds — not on behalf of a third party.
• You must be of sound mind and using the gaming service voluntarily.
• Your account must not have been previously closed by wihbd for any reason.

No employee or affiliated person of wihbd may open an account on this platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited — each user may have only one account.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when registering on wihbd. You must create an account with your full name, a valid mobile number, date of birth, and an active email address (where applicable). Providing incorrect or false information may result in account suspension or closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected] immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

wihbd may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. Documents commonly requested include:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof that the name matches the bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay account
• Address verification document (where applicable)

If documents are not provided within the specified time, withdrawals or other benefits may be temporarily suspended.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount

Accepted deposit methods on wihbd are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same method and the same account used for the deposit.

A withdrawal will be approved only when the following conditions are met:

• The account must be fully verified.
• The wagering requirements for any applicable bonus must be fulfilled.
• There must be no ongoing investigation or suspicious activity.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the account balance.

wihbd may request additional documents for the withdrawal process if needed, or may temporarily hold a withdrawal in cases of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not possible.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

wihbd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example:

• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or proxies will result in cancellation of all bonuses and related winnings.
• wihbd reserves the right to modify, cancel, or impose new conditions on any promotion at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

The wihbd VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher VIP tier by staying regularly active and playing consistently. The benefits and conditions of each tier are subject to change at wihbd's discretion.

06 Gaming Rules

All games on wihbd are conducted following fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game or on the relevant page. General gaming rules are listed below:

• The amount for each bet must be set before play begins. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• If a game stops mid-round due to a technical error, the bet placed in that round will be refunded.
• wihbd is not responsible for issues caused by loss of internet connection. In such situations, the data saved on the server will be considered final.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of a dispute, the game log will be reviewed.
• Exploiting software errors or bugs will be treated as a serious violation.

For sports betting, all bets must be confirmed before the event begins. Bets will be settled only after the event result has been published or officially announced.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wihbd:

• Playing games or placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Accessing or operating another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Exploiting software errors or technical advantages.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other players.
• Impersonating wihbd staff.
• Any activity that disrupts the operation of the platform.
• Abusing bonus terms or attempting to fulfill wagering requirements through artificial means.
