Bonuses & Offers
Welcome Bonus
The welcome bonus is added automatically the first time you deposit into your account. Deposit a minimum of ৳200 and you'll receive a 100% match bonus, up to ৳8,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and get another ৳1,000 as a bonus — your total balance becomes ৳2,000. No separate code needed.
Bets placed on slot games, live casino, fishing games, and other casino games generally count toward wagering. Whether sports betting contributes depends on the current rules. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit is not counted. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, the wagering is ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.
Yes, you can cancel a bonus from your account settings if you wish. However, cancelling a bonus will remove any winnings earned from that bonus. It's a good idea to check your balance before cancelling. If you run into any issues, let the support team know via live chat — they'll help you out.
Each bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that time, the bonus and any winnings earned from it are forfeited. Your original deposit funds remain intact. Check the bonus terms and conditions or live chat support to find the exact expiry period.
No, the maximum welcome bonus is ৳8,000. Even if you deposit more than ৳8,000, the bonus will still be ৳8,000. Example: deposit ৳18,000 and the bonus is ৳8,000, making your total balance ৳26,000. Players depositing larger amounts may find better benefits through the VIP program.
Live Gaming
Live Casino
Yes, wihbd's live casino is fully mobile-friendly. You can play directly from the browser on any Android or iOS smartphone or tablet — no separate app download required. Keep a stable internet connection for the best experience.
Each live table has its own minimum and maximum bet, which you can see before entering the game lobby. Both low-limit tables for new players and high-limit tables for experienced or high-roller players are available.
In baccarat, you place a bet on one of three outcomes: Player, Banker, or Tie. The hand whose total points are closest to 9 wins. Cards 10 through K are worth zero, and A is worth 1. Simple rules and fast pace make it quite popular among players in Bangladesh.
A real dealer runs the game in front of a camera from a professional studio. You watch via a live video stream in your browser and place bets on the on-screen board. Results come from real cards or a roulette wheel, not software — so the experience feels just like a physical casino.
Teen Patti is a traditional South Asian three-card game — each player receives three cards and the best hand wins. Andar Bahar is even simpler: one card is placed in the middle of the table, and you bet on which side (Andar/inside or Bahar/outside) a card of the same value will appear. Both games are available in wihbd's live lobby.
Slots & Jackpots
Slot Games
Many slot games offer a demo or free-play mode where you can try the game with virtual coins and no real-money risk. This is great for new players to understand how a game works. You can see which games have demo mode in the game lobby.
Free spins are generally available in two ways — they trigger automatically when specific scatter or bonus symbols land together in-game, or wihbd occasionally offers free spins as part of a promotion. Check the promotions page to see any active offers.
Players with a smaller budget will find slots with a lower minimum bet more suitable; if you want to play longer, choose low-volatility games as they pay out smaller but more frequent rewards. High-volatility slots offer a chance at bigger prizes but can have longer dry spells. Use the filters in the game lobby to find games that match your preference.
In progressive jackpot slots, a small portion of every bet goes into a growing prize pool. The more players bet, the larger the pool grows. When a lucky player triggers the jackpot, they receive the entire pool and the count starts again from zero. This is why jackpot amounts can grow very large.
Volatility, or variance, is a measure of how often and how large rewards occur in a slot game. Low-volatility games pay out smaller rewards frequently; high-volatility games pay out larger rewards less often. Choosing a game whose volatility matches your playing style and balance is a smart approach.
Rewards & Loyalty
VIP & Cashback
Each week, a set percentage of your net losses is returned to your account as cashback. The cashback rate depends on your VIP tier — the rate increases from Bronze up to Platinum. Cashback is typically credited every Monday.
VIP members receive higher weekly cashback, a dedicated account manager, faster withdrawal processing, and exclusive bonus offers. As you move to higher tiers, you may also receive personalised offers and invitations to special events. The level of benefits increases step by step at each tier.
Your tier upgrades based on the activity accumulated in your account through regular play. The more consistently you play, the faster you'll move to the next tier. wihbd tracks your progress and notifies you when you reach a new tier.
wihbd has four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.8%; Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Moving to a higher tier unlocks many more benefits beyond cashback.
Regular activity may be required to maintain your tier. Extended inactivity could trigger a tier review. Read the terms and conditions or ask the support team directly to find out the exact rules.
Payments & Banking
Withdrawals
Yes. wihbd's withdrawal service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can submit a request at night, on Fridays, or on any public holiday. Standard processing time is 10–45 minutes, though verification may occasionally take a little longer.
To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must first meet the wagering requirement. You simply need to wager 25 times the bonus amount. Once the requirement is met, the winnings are added to your main balance and you can withdraw them through the normal process.
The minimum withdrawal amount at wihbd is ৳1,000. The same minimum applies across all methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Visit the payments page or contact support for details on the maximum withdrawal limit.
Most withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 45 minutes. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are generally the fastest. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on the bank's own processing times.
If you haven't received your funds 45 minutes after submitting the request, first refresh your balance in your payment app. If the issue persists, contact wihbd via live chat — providing the transaction reference number will help resolve it faster. The support team is available 24/7.
